He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Franklin and Grace Hottle Crabill; and his siblings, Mary Elizabeth Griffith, William Crabill, Dorothy Fravel, Eugene Crabill and Harry Byrd Crabill.
He is survived by: his sister Eva Reid of Toms Brook, VA; his sister-in-law Frances Crabill; and his close friends, Mike and Heather Ashley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
