She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Knupp and Margaret Lucille Tusing. She is survived by: her husband A. Irving "Junior" Kibler; her sisters, Linda Burner and Jean Bowman; her children, Donnie Kibler (Stephanie) and Darryl Kibler (Debra); her grandchildren, Andrew (Hannah), Meredith and Jacklyn; and her pets, Mickey and Kitty. She is also survived by Six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Relay for Life Shenandoah County Chapter in remembrance of Judy.
