“Jim was a good friend to me during our early years after graduating from OCS. I have many fond memories of “JW” , as I called him. During our OCS a time, JW’s bunk was just across from mine giving us an easy, and often used, way to seek solace from each other. I remember JW as an energetic, friendly, and positive man and served his country with great honor and distinction. He was a one-of-a-kind guy. I was privileged to know him.”
