She is survived by: her mother Judy Dellinger; her stepfather Glendon; her daughters, Sabrena Fleming and Tina Kapp; her significant other Jimmy Pittington; her siblings, Kimberly Fadeley and David Ray Fadeley; her father-in-law Larry Snook (Judy); her grandchildren, Jada, Keagan Lamb, Kaleb Kapp, Jonathan Grimsley and Gage Woods; and her great grandchild Kamdyn Barry.
