With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carroll Golladay Bowers Sr. of Toms Brook, Virginia, who passed away on January 12, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William Bowers and Zelda Golladay Bowers Foltz. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Louise Hamman Bowers; his children, Carolyn L. Miller (Jake), Carroll G. Bowers Jr. of Toms Brook, Doris A. Tevault of Strasburg, William F. Bowers (Tammy) and Janet E. Miller (Kim); his siblings, Lois Copenhaver of Woodstock and Beverly Bowers of Edinburg; his grandson Travis Bowers; and his pet Pepie. He is also survived by 22 great grandchildren, and his companion.
