He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenico Tambone and Diana Tambone; and his brother Dominick Tambone. He is survived by: his siblings, Frank Tambone (Angela), Loren Silva (Ken) and Diane Burns; his nieces and nephews, Tina Fonville (Ben), Nicholas Burns and Christiana Finch (Mitch); and also, George and Mickey.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, an organization that held a special place in Doug's heart.
