She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon Hood; and her son Raymond Schabowsky. She is survived by: her children, Robert Schabowsky (Barbara), David Schabowsky, Glenn Schabowsky, Brian Hood (Lisa), Dale Hood (Katherine) and Dawn Adams; her sisters, Gloria L. Smith and Norma Fox; and her daughter-in-law Candi Schabowsky. She is also survived by six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
