He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Evans and Grace Beatty Evans; and his sisters, Katheryn Evans and Thelma Gruver. He is survived by: his son Michael R. Evans (Patsy) of Timberville; his grandchildren, Lynn Evans and Jeremy Evans (Bree); his great grandchild Koa; and his siblings, Tom Evans (Golda) of Middletown and Edna Anderson of Winchester. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
