She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Dean and Katherine Geneva Bare Smith; and her stepfather Guy Croteau. She is survived by: her daughter Miranda Pennington of Broadway; her grandchildren, Taylor Roadcap and Myley Roadcap; and her siblings, Kathy Moyer Lewis (Wayne) of Timberville, Deloris Smith of Timberville, Dennis Eugene Smith (Shirley) of Broadway and Robert Franklin Smith (Sheryl) of Fishersville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
