She is survived by: her mother Rovena Thompson Emerson of Broadway; her husband Richard Sorrells; her daughter Tanya Maynor (Rodney) of Harrisonburg; her grandchildren, Dakota Bailey of Harrisonburg, Wyatt Bailey of Harrisonburg, Dalton Bailey of Timberville, Blake Bailey of Chesterfield, VA and Chester B. Bailey of Timberville; her siblings, Billy Emerson (Judy) of Harrisonburg, Carol Delawder (Tim) of Timberville and Cindy Jarrels (Chuck) of Grottoes; and her stepchildren, Brian Sorrells (Karen) of Harrisonburg, Carl Sorrells of Lawrence, KS and Dawn Marie Kline. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
