He is survived by: his children, Teresa Eaton (Brent) of Linville, Robert Parker (Lisa) of Timberville, Laura Quick (Steve) of Broadway, Otis Lee Parker, Jr. (Melissa) of Broadway, Spencer "Dink" Crawford (Penny) of Timberville and Amanda Grummel (Chris) of Harrisonburg; his siblings, Rena Siever and Bill Parker; and his close friend Isabell Benitez. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fairview Church of the Brethren (484 Fairview Church Rd, Timberville, VA 22853).
