It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Kurwood Hevener of Timberville, Virginia, born in Dorcas, West Virginia, who passed away on May 6, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Hevener of Virginia; and his wife Nancy Mae Dean. He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy (Roger Turner) and Kim (Tommy Branner); his grandsons, James (Alizabeth Sonifrank), Zach Wilkins, Noah Martin (Murphy Mogwai) and Charlie Branner; his great grandchildren, Ella and Bruce Sonifrank; and his sister Susan Blaine.
