He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Runion and Louise Custer Runion; his sister Fayetta Gale Runion; and his siblings-in-law, Rodney and Virginia Ryan.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ryan; his children, Michael A. Runion of Broadway and Julie L. Ritchie of Edinburg; his son-in-law Kevin Ritchie of New Market; his grandsons, Brandon Runion, Tanner Runion, Logan Ritchie and Austin Ritchie; his brother-in-law Carroll Ryan (Cheryl); and his nephews, Eric Ryan (Emily) and Patrick Ryan (Rebecca).
