He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Spiggle and Nellie Clem Spiggle; and his sisters, Reva (Randy Ferrell) and Patricia Lynn Spiggle. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Sheila (Neal Huffman), Sherry (Pete Harman) and Michael (Alisa Spiggle); his grandchildren, Josh Pultz, Ben Pultz, Tyler Huffman, Hannah Mehaffie, Leah Spiggle, Trevor Spiggle, Drew Spiggle and Grayson Harman; his great grandchildren, Mason Mehaffie, Jackson Pultz, Everleigh Pultz, Jenna Pultz and Crew Pultz; and his sister Mary (Wayne Hypes).
