He is survived by: his sons, Michael Kelly (Sandra) of Vinton and Sean Kelly (Barbara) of Elkins; his grandson Elling Kelly (Stephanie) of Weyers Cave, VA; and his great grandchildren, Duane, Annabelle and Callie.
