She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Payne, Jr.; her children, Elizabeth Marie Payne and Zachary Graham Payne; her granddaughter Grace Elizabeth; her siblings, Billy Russell and Judy Russell; her nieces and nephews, Angie Ritterpusch, Becki Russell, Michael Payne, Courtney Payne, Frank Van Deman V, Nichole Van Deman and Joseph Van Deman; and her uncle Pete Van Deman.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Capital Caring Hospice, 2900 Telestar Court, Falls Church, VA, 22042 and/or the Marshall Ruritan Club.
