She is survived by: her spouse Edward Carter Turner of The Plains, VA; her sisters, Eleanor Kirlin and Carolyn Mitchell (Gary); and her children, Robert Turner (Sybil), Cary Dougher (Tom), Peter Turner (Noel) and Jane Turner. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
