It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Rogers Ruff of Thaxton, Virginia, born in Bedford, Virginia, who passed away on May 28, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Munford Ruff and Ruby Overstreet Ruff of Virginia; his wife Stella Mae Carter Ruff; his siblings, Wallace Jackson Ruff, Raymond Clarence Ruff, Ida Mae Ruff, Angela Marie Shepperd and Michelle Ruff; and his granddaughter Lacy Mae Miller.
He is survived by: his daughters, Virginia Ann Miller (William Lee) and Sherry Mae Ruff; and his siblings, Amos Burks Ruff, Sr., Deborah Ruff Thompson and Linda Ruff Easter. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
