He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan B. Stout and Mamie E. Heath Stout; and his brother Randall J. Stout (Melinda K. Craven). He is survived by: his sisters, Arlene Love Elmore, Gerri Stout Unitt, Linda Stout Phillips, Doris Regan (Jim) and Kelly Holbrook (James); and his children, Braden, Journie and Arianna.
