He was predeceased by: his parents, Creed Wheeler and Eva Wheeler; and his brothers, Douglas and Fred Wheeler. He is survived by: his nephews, Scottie and Timmy; his son Jesse Wheeler; and his siblings, Carlton Wheeler (Marsha), Bonnie Henley (Danny), Patricia Mann and Jean Croft (Sam). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many special friends.
Due to Covid-19, a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
