He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Meyers and Shirley Jean North Smith; and his brother Donald Meyers. He is survived by: his wife Patty Meyers; his children, Cassie Meyers Beverly (Richie), Amber-Lee Meyers (Stacey), Kevin Scott Meyers (Christen) and Ryan Johnson; his stepsons, Kevin Henesy (Leah) and Scott Johnson; his grandchildren, Willow, Kaya, Aiden, Tyler, Mason and Camden; his sisters, Donna Rowlett and Sharon Chamberlain (Phil); and his mother-in-law Doris Koch. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
