Carrie Mastros Anderson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrie Mastros Anderson of Thaxton, Virginia, born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on October 30, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Tommy "T. J."; her parents, Steve Plakatoris and Marguerite Plakatoris; her brother Seymour; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Mastros of Annapolis Md.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Anderson (Pam) of Thaxton and Steve Anderson (Kathy) of Thaxton; her sister Dottie Myers (Earle) of Annapolis; her grandsons, Ross Anderson, Derrick Anderson, Logan Harris and Joseph Bowman; and her great grandchildren, Jayden Anderson, Jasmine Anderson, Jackson Anderson, Riley Anderson, Kayden Anderson and Tommy Anderson. She is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to Covid-19, a service and celebration of life with be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a memorial contribution made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
