She was predeceased by: her husband William Cooper Jr.; and her siblings, Bonnie Shepherd, Charles Thomas and Wayne Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Parker (Mike), Cindy Cooper, Terry Baker (Ronald) and Billy Cooper (Jodie). She is also survived by Seven grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
