She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Neal, Jr. and Janie Keith Neal; her husband Rodney Allen Franklin; her son Terry Allen Franklin; her grandson Samuel F. Franklin; and her sister-in-law Linda LaPradd.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Lou Coleman (Kenneth Meadows) and Vicki Lynn Perdue (Brady); her granddaughters, Bridget Coleman (Mike Matola) and Stephanie Lauren Coleman (David Melki); her great grandchildren, Willow Mae Matola, Violet Sofia Matola and Suraya Jayne Melki; her sister Jean Carol Eakin (Johnny); and her friend Sindi Jones.
