She was predeceased by: her parents, Tilghman Welch and Gladys Mae Dooley; her husband Wesley Overstreet; and her sons, Ronnie Overstreet, James Welch and Eugene Welch (Punkin).
She is survived by: her sister Gladys Mae Strangee of Bedford, VA; her children, Wesley Overstreet, Jr. (Renee), Diane Carter (Jimmy), Jeannette and Donald Overstreet (Janice); and her daughter-in-law Wanda Welch. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; thirty-three great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
