He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Sample and Daisy Sample; his children, Kevin Benjamin, Beverly, Janet and Janice; his wife Emily; his children, Theodore Jr. and Veverly; his siblings, Ben Sample, Marvin Parker, Mae Ethel Sample and Viola Fields; his siblings-in-law, Elaine Weatherly, Audrey Wharton, Priscilla Hicks and Benjamin Wharton; his close friends, Harold Lessene and John Loftland; and his grandchildren, Tiwanna Bolden and Fatou Sallah. He was also cherished by other relatives, nephews, nieces, and friends.
