He is survived by: his sisters, LaRue Godwin of Oak Hall, VA, Karen Bowen of Oak Hall, VA, Dordean Schoolfield of Pocomoke, MD, Althea Copes of Goldsboro, NC and Robin Savage of Upper Marlboro, MD; his brothers-in-law, Jerry Justice of Temperanceville, VA and Arthur Dickerson (Darlene) of Accomac, VA; his niece Lula Mae Godwin; his children, Terrance Joynes and Sherika Joynes; his close friends, Naomi Campbell, Edward Marshall, Michael Kellam (Bonnie), Jeffrey Marshall, Steve Payton, Michael White, Mike Hall (Betty) and Bill White; and his caregivers, LaRue Godwin, Loshuan Godwin and Herbert Bowen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, church family and friends.
