With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Albert L. Tarr (Temperanceville, Virginia), who passed away on June 25, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Tarr and Mary Tarr; his brothers, Bobby Tarr and Jerry Tarr; his brother-in-law Kenny Johnson; and his son Johnny Tarr.

He is survived by: his children, Billy Joe Tarr (Tammy) and Leda Scullion (Joe); his wife Patty of Chincoteague Island, VA; his grandchildren, Dustin Tarr of Berlin, MD, Chris Tarr of Atlantic, VA, Johnny Tarr of Atlantic, VA, Allen Clark, Jr of Atlantic, VA, Katie Farrell of Atlantic, VA, Jessi Merritt of Portsmouth, VA, Lindsey Fulmer of Chincoteague Island, VA, Joey Scullion, Sandra Scullion of Newark, DE and Thirteen; his siblings, Peggy Johnson of Jacksonville, FL, Ronnie Tarr (Pat) of New Church, VA, Rudy Tarr (Sylvia) of Suffolk, VA and Bryan Tarr of Chincoteague Island, VA; and his nieces, Joann Ross of Jacksonville, FL and Deana Howard of Chincoteague Island, VA.. He is also survived by Thirteen Great Grandchildren.
