She was predeceased by: her parents, Drewery Brooks and Ada Blevins Brooks; her husband Isaac Jackson "Ikey" Dailey; her great grandchild Grace Justice; and her siblings, Edgar Brooks (Shirley), Wilbur Brooks (Katherine), Harvey Allen Brooks, DC, James Brooks and Glenn Surber.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sonja Rhudy (Allen) of McGrady, NC and Jackie Pruett (Charlie) of Tazewell, VA; her sister Josephine Surber of Bluefield, WV; her grandchildren, Darla Justice (Brian) of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Kayla Lindholt (Allen) of Kansas City, MO, Lura Thompson (Josh) of Tazewell, VA and Benjamin Pruett (Kelley) of Damascus, VA; and her sisters-in-law, Sylvia, Mary and Brenda Brooks. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
