It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor David Hall of Tazewell, Virginia, who passed away on September 6, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Luther Hall and Bertha Taylor Hall; his siblings, W. L. "June" Hall, Jr., Dorothy "Dot" Spence and Ida Mae Howery; and his nephews, Dennis Hall and Steven Spence.
He is survived by: his wife Biddie "Shortie" Hall; his daughter Vicki Hall Bailey (Jeffery Bailey) of Tazewell, VA.; his granddaughter Heather Bailey Barrett (Stephen Barrett); his great grandchildren, Stephen Barrett, Jr. and Kathryn "Cupcake" Barrett of Tazewell, VA.; his sister Beulah Taylor of Tazewell, VA.; and his siblings-in-law, Lettie Hall, Carole Powell, Christine Kinser and Tommy Kinser. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
