She was predeceased by: her parents, James William and Mary Jane McCoy Leftwich; her former husband James Taylor; and her siblings, Pam Chambers, Caroline Terry, Christine Grizzle, Luther Leftwich, Fred Leftwich and Darrell Leftwich.
She is survived by: her close friend Lewis Gates; her children, Pamela Tabor (Chris) of Baptist Valley, VA, Rebecca Taylor of Tazewell, VA and Michael Taylor of North Tazewell, VA; her siblings, Velma Grizzle (Charlie) of Martinsville, VA, Harold Leftwich of Bristol, TN and Larry Leftwich (Patsy) of Swords Creek, VA; and her grandchildren, Brittany Tabor, Jennifer Tabor, Zachary Coalson and Benjamin Coalson.
