It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Pauley Miller (Tazewell, Virginia), born in Boissevain, Virginia, who passed away on February 22, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Gordon Pauley and Lois Audrey Sizemore Pauley; her husband Raymond Miller; her children, Polly Ann, Peggy Ann Miller and David; her daughter-in-law Earline Miller; and her siblings, Thomas, John Pauley and Ellen Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Waters (Lem) of Morganton, NC, Kathy Dawson (Alvin) of Thompson Valley and Jack Miller (Tammy) of Thompson Valley, VA; her grandchildren, Jason Miller (Lu) of Thompson Valley, Justin Miller (Lindsey) of Thompson Valley and Robin Shrader (Steve); her great grandchildren, Connor Shrader, Jacob Miller, Audrey and Jaylin Miller; and her children, Brittany Snipes, Courtney Addison and Jenny Conner.
