It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Eugene Puckett (Tazewell, Virginia), born in Gary, West Virginia, who passed away on November 19, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence B. Puckett and Leona S. Sutherland Puckett; and his siblings, Ralph Puckett, Mildred Herald and Dorothy Gross.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Anna Buchanan Puckett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
