He is survived by: his wife Peggy Waddell of Tazewell; his children, William Randall "Randy" Waddell (Keisha) of Guntersville, AL and Pamela Lynne "Pam" Hicks (Darrell) of Oak Island, NC; his brother Donald Ray Waddell of Tazewell, VA.; and his grandsons, Hunter and Luke.
