He is survived by: his wife Elder Gloria J. Smith; his children, Stephen Jones (Hattie), Robert C Smith, Jr., Angela Taylor (LaNeal) and Ashanta Smith; his sisters, Charlotte Thompson (Ronnie), Equilla Green and Diane Craig; his mother-in-law Earnestine Johnson of Sandersville, GA; his close friend Terry Ward; and his sons, Minister Rommell Hargrave and Deacon Patrick Keeter. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, 6 sisters-in-law, 3 brothers-in-law.
