She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Peery and Eura Mae Pruett of Pounding Mill; her husband Jack Walter Puckett; and her brother Charles Peery Pruett, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Carol Lynn Puckett (Steve Tibbs) of Tazewell, VA and Randall Lee Puckett of Beckley, WV; her grandchildren, Corey Puckett and Cayla Puckett; and her cousin Sue Keene of Tazewell. She is also survived by seven brothers and sisters.
