He was predeceased by: his parents, Elene M. Combs of Tazewell, VA and Frederick H. Combs, II; and his sister Kelly Noel Combs Necessary. He is survived by: his daughter Clair Noel Combs; his siblings, Amy Combs (Billy), Emily Combs Davis (Eddie) and Eric Combs (Leigh Ann); his brother-in-law Andy Necessary; and his nieces and nephews, Spenser, Carter, Conner, Parker, Haden, Trey, Asher, Annabella, Elaina and Edison. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
