He was predeceased by: his parents, James B. Bailey, Jr. and Ellen Mays Bailey; his grandparents, Jim B. "Doc" Bailey, Sr. and Winnie Bailey; and his son Devin Wayne Stevens.
He is survived by: his wife Amanda Bailey of Tazewell, VA; his daughter Sarah Mitchem (Steven Mullins) of Tazewell, VA; his brother James B. "Jim" Bailey III of Tazewell, VA; his cousin Robert "Bob" Walk of Richlands, VA; and his grandchildren, Kylee, Jake and Noah.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in Mark's memory to CAMC Kidney Transplant Center C/O CAMC Foundation, 3414 Staunton Avenue SE, Charleston, WV 25304.
