She is survived by: her children, Matthew Hicks (Kathryn) of Tazewell, VA, Marcus Hicks of Taylorsville, NC and Rhonda Shook of Hickory, NC; her brothers, Richard Kincheloe (Dow) of Jefferson County, WV, James Kincheloe (Anne) of Portsmouth, VA, Vernon Kincheloe (Nancy) of Fredericksburg, VA, Bobby Kincheloe of Azle, TX, Joseph Belt of Waldorf, MD and John Belt of Salisbury, MD; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth A. Hicks, Kaylor Hicks and Joshua Shook.
