It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Anne Whitt Scruggs of Tazewell, Virginia, who passed away on July 23, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil H. Whitt and Mary Brewster Whitt; her sister Nancy K. Whitt; and her nephew Richard Chance Whitt. She is survived by: her siblings, Connie S. Harris, V. Gail Webb, Vickie Alford (Robert), Cecil E. "Pete" Whitt (Sue) and David H. Whitt; her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Franklin, Elizabeth Walker, Amber Goodman, Allison Whitt, Jason Duncan, Jeff Webb and Clayton Alford; and her close friends, Sue Kinder, Ruth Waddell, Johnna Blanchette and Charlottesville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
