He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Homer "Bill" Lowe and Lucille Dye of Virginia; and the mother of his children Rita Bandy Lowe. He is survived by: his children, Karen Waugh (David) of Troutman, NC. and Anthony "Robbie" Lowe (Leslie) of Connely Springs, NC.; his grandchildren, Braxton Lowe, Kyle Wilson, Brycen Wilson, Kayla Waugh and Madison Waugh; his great grandchildren, Elijah and Waverly; his siblings, Grant Lowe (Sandy), Ronnie Lowe, Loretta Burgess (Lamar), Frances Osborne (Craig) and Liz Rife; and his pet Reece.
