JoAnne Witten Cecil Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Witten and Lena Witten. She is survived by: her sister Mildred Andra Witten; her husband Jack Witten Cecil; her children, Jack Witten Cecil, Jr. (Patty Gail) of Myrtle Beach, Andrew Wyant Cecil (Vicki) of Tazewell and Candace Cecil Spessard (Rob) of Alpharetta, Georgia.; and her grandchildren, Samuel Cecil (Chrissy), Isaac Cecil (Elizabeth), Cara Spivey (Dustin), Courtney Anderson (Richard), Shelly Keary (Brian), Drew Cecil, Robert Spessard (Ali), Leigh Bukovich (Sean) and Evan Spessard (Claire). She is also survived by great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
