He was predeceased by: his father James C. Billips. He is survived by: his mother Helen C. Freeman Billips of Springville, VA; his sons, Gareth Billips (Diana) of Tazewell, VA, Brad Billips (Fame) of Tazewell, VA and Jason Billips of Glade Springs, VA; and his sisters, Ann Carpenter (Ron) of Radford, VA and Judy Childress (Wayne) of Pulaski, VA. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
