She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Blankenship and Daisy Whitt Blankenship; her former husband Elbert Keene; her husband Walter Andrews; her daughter Patricia Lakey; and her siblings, Sam Blankenship, Jr., Danny Blankenship, Denny Blankenship, Greta Woosley and Teresa Sharp.
She is survived by: her daughter Janice Lutz (Larry) of Tazewell, VA.
