He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Violet Ketchum and Nannie Mae Flanigan; and his uncle Thomas Rutherford. He is survived by: his parents, John George Ketchum and Dale Matney Ketchum of Mudfork; his children, Gauge Lee Hankins of Tazewell, VA and Destiny Elizabeth Rain Ketchum; his siblings, John George, Trish Nicole of Tazewell, VA and Shana Noel Ketchum of Tazewell, VA; and his grandson Kohen Elliott Cantrell. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews; two great nieces.
