Hugh Preston Riley III Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2024, at the age of 71, Hugh Preston Riley III of Tazewell, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Preston "Stubby" Riley, Jr. and Lena M. Harris Riley; his siblings, Judy M. Terrill and Daniel Ray Riley; and his grandparents, Hugh P. Riley, Ida A. Bowman Riley, Alfred Harris and Eva Musick Harris.
He is survived by: his sisters, Joyce Hart (Bo), Janice Egnor, Jennifer Jordan (Jerry), Debra Justus and Barbara Riley; and his aunt Louise Riley Musick. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Peery & St. Clair Funeral Home (232 Ben Bolt Ave, Tazewell, VA 24651). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Russell Memorial Cemetery (154 Huckleberry Rd, Lebanon, VA 24266).
