He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bowman and Elizabeth Marie Stilwell Bowman; and his grandparents, Tobe and Lora Zell Stilwell. He is survived by: his wife Norma J. Bowman; his children, Brock Bowman (Diana) of Pine City, MN, Brad Bowman (Rebecca) of Oak Ridge, TN, Vickie Williams (Tom) of Tazewell, VA and Laura Edwards Triplett (Nick) of Tazewell, VA; and his sister Jan Burton (Dale) of Clearfork, VA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
