He was predeceased by: his parents, William Luke and Julia Spivey Luke; and his granddaughter Alyssa Harville. He is survived by: his wife Mary Luke; his children, Laynett Bowman (Chris), David E. Luke (Carol), Anna Sawvell (David) and Charles David Weaver, Jr.; and his brothers, William Luke (Tonya) and Darrell Luke. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
