She was predeceased by: her parent William R. Dillard; her husband Garland C. Lockhart; and her siblings, Arley Wilburn, Virginia A. Kinder, Burkett Dillard, Pierce Dillard, Roy "Toby" Dillard, Paul Dillard and Jack Dillard.
She is survived by: her parent Susie Ratliff Dillard; her son Jerry Lockhart of Vinton, VA; her grandsons, Eric Lockhart of Nashville, TN and Scott Lockhart of Charleston, SC; and her niece Carol White.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association: National Headquarters 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601 or any other vascular dementia program.
