He was predeceased by: his parents, George Franklin Dunford, Sr. and Ada Stacy Dunford. He is survived by: his wife Terry Ann Dunford of Berwind, WV; his son Phillip Dunford of Vallscreek, WV; his brothers, Leroy Dunford (Shelia) of Abingdon, VA, Calvin Dunford (Kaye) of Baptist Valley, VA, Eddie Dunford of Castlewood, VA and Buddy Edwards of Saltville, VA; his grandchildren, Adyn Dunford, Kimber Dunford of Princeton, WV and Brandon Dunford of Vallscreek, WV.; and his close friends, Johnny Quesenberry, Brenda Barton, Betty Josephine Fowler and Jennifer Duty.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home of Tazewell (870 W Main St, Tazewell, VA 24651). A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
